余苑綺直腸癌復發！　醫師：懷孕不易發現
余苑綺上星期才喜獲麟兒，現在確診直腸癌復發，婦產科醫師表示，很多媽媽誤以為便血、腸預訂旅舍限時優惠胃不好和懷孕有關，但如果症狀長期未改善就要深入檢查，懷孕時如果很難以大腸鏡檢查，得靠「核磁共振」才比較容易發現腫瘤。

緊抱剛出生的兒子，余苑綺14日才喜獲二寶，沒想到爆出直腸癌三期復發，根據了解，她孕期中頻頻咳嗽，但因為不能照X光就沒細查，生產完才發現癌細胞擴散，而其實懷孕要發現癌症本就不容易。

婦產科醫師尹長生：「懷孕的媽媽時常會有便血，還有一些拉肚子便秘，甚至便宜公寓式酒店訂房那個腸胃不好，所以很多人都誤會以為是懷孕引起的，但是如果說她便血很久，還有就是說她的大號有黏液，可能就要請腸胃科的醫生，跟婦產科的醫生會診一下。」

余苑綺曾透露，5年確診直腸癌之前，就發現自己有便血，第一個想到得痔瘡，但半個月都沒改善，直到大腸鏡檢查後，醫生才直言很嚴重，這回復發，醫師表示懷孕期間腸子會被擠壓，得做核磁共振才比較能發現腫瘤。

婦產科醫師尹長生：「懷孕期間景點渡假村訂房並不會使得大腸癌變得更嚴重，但是因為大腸癌它是隨時都會有復發的，尤其是在年齡愈來愈大的人。」

婦產科醫師認為，余苑綺連續懷孕，和直腸癌復發並沒有直接影響，身體過勞和營養不足可能才是主因。

余苑綺：「自己，我覺得我抵抗力滿強，應該是不會有什麼問題。」

余苑綺平時不抽菸喝酒、生活作息良好，也保持運動的好習慣，會罹癌有醫師解釋，20%是基因因素，環境佔80%，還有部分屬於偶發性，也就是家族都沒有得卻有人發作，提醒在飲食得多加小心。
